Rub! This story is very different from Bear Creek and Bear Bluff etc. This is a whole new world ?! There are changers here, but also witches, warlocks and possibly vampires (but I haven’t seen any of them yet)! Logan is a wolf teleporter who is helping his adoptive mother at her inn. Penny is driving to stay with her sister after a terrible divorce left her with nothing to care for her son. Her car broke down right in front of this strange little town that she had never seen before, even though she had driven across the street many times! Milo is a lovely addition to the story. The inn has many visitors of a magical nature. The town allows only those who belong there! I want to visit Chuc Nguyet Bay by myself!

The pace is fast and the tone uncertain but hopeful. The plot is character-driven with a slightly steamy scene near the end and some action. The characters are alive and ending. I absolutely love this intro and can’t wait to see what happens next! Enjoy!

I liked the concept of this book (adopted brothers of different races) much more then I liked the actual book. I also like the communication between the wolf and the man and the wolf is not a ferocious animal without intelligence. This has automatically fallen in love at first sight, coordinated conspiracy. Something I never loved. Plus, she’s a human who knows nothing about magic and you have a very tense backstory. I mean in one breath she discovered teleporters and magic and right after that, she calmly agreed to move to a town. Wow a guy just turned into a wolf, awesome let’s move here…. Then came the dialogue, it felt very stuck and long, unnatural and formal
